History: Kid never met his real parents, When he was younger. A mare by the name of Medicina found him in the Everfree and cared for him. Sadly, the young mare was unable to properly care for a colt of such young age and was forced to send Kid to an orphanage in the slums of Manehatten. The orphanage was horrid, Kid was abused and hated by the owner of the orphanage. Being fed up with it all, Kid ran away, leading to him (at a young age) to fend for himself. Luckily, Kid had managed to meet a young mare in the city who took care of him. This mare however even though never hit him, wasn't the kindest. He decided to run off to a place he'd heard named "Ponyville." After sneaking onto a box-cart train and riding there, he found he was floored by how nice the place is compared to the city, the air, the view, the ponies, everything was better to him. Even the fact that he was still homeless, just in a new area didn't even bother him! He just smiled, re-adjusted his knapsack, and trotted around to find the closest places where he could sleep, take a bath and charm somepony...maybe receive a few "presents" during it.

"H-hey, hey? whats wrong?" Kid trots over and sits next to the foal, whom seemed to be a tad larger than him. "A-are you hurt?" The foal turned towards him and just managed to sob out "I...*sniff*...I lost my mama...c-can you help me...?" Kid looked up at the slightly larger foal thinking to himself how lucky he was to even have met his mother. That didn't stop him from wanting to help him out though. "Sure...but...uhhhh...could you tell me where we are...?" Kid smiled sheepishly. "I'm sorta new here!"
