Personality: He is kind but needs to work on being gentle. He helps others as long as it doesn't interfere with a case. He always keeps his sword on him. He is quiet while working but loves to talk to his friends during his free time. He has a habit of not paying attention to others around him when concentrated on something.
Likes: He likes his job, friends, music, closing his cases, finding the truth,
having some free time, partys.
Dislikes: Crime, Alcohol, Bad coworkers, not finishing a case.
History: Tantei was an orphan from birth untill he was adopted by a Neighponese couple. They taught him how to speak both Neighponese and Equestrian. He was also taught in the way of the blade. They also home schooled him in magic. He would some days go with his father to work on a case as a detective.
He was smart when it came to finding out who did it. One time though while he waited for his dad to take the criminal in the criminal took him as a hostage. He took the knowlege of his balde skill to stab the criminals hoof and use the chain on the handle to trip him and hold him down with his blade pointed at him. That's when he got his cutie mark. After his father gave a request to let him in to be a detective hearing that tan was applying for a job. After some time of looking through his records he was accepted in. Right now he lives in ponyville as a detective and visits his mother every now and then.

Tantei was walking down the street while it was pouring. He sees a light and sees its coming from the tavern and heads in. There is a lot of ponies sitting around smiling and laughing. He didn't really care he was happy too for solving a case. "Can I get a cider please?" He asked the bartender sitting down and putting a few bits on the bar. The bartender slides him a glass of cider. "Thank you." He said smiling and taking a drink.
